Is Cartier a sustainable jewellery brand? 

Created in Paris in the 1800s, Cartier is a well-known jewellery brand which is sold in 60 countries around the world.

Richemont, Cartier’s parent company has a recent Sustainability Report. Within the report, there is evidence of progress as well as targets for renewable energy and carbon emissions.

Throughout the report, Richemont also mentions Cartier which demonstrates that the brand is being taken into consideration.

As a result, Cartier receives a top rating in our Environmental Report category.

Are Cartier’s diamonds responsibly sourced?

Unfortunately, Cartier’s diamond sourcing information is vague and does not clarify where the diamonds are sourced from.
